5 December MOREHEAD CITY – Division of Marine Fisheries’ license offices in Elizabeth City, Columbia, Wanchese, Washington and Wilmington will be closed this Friday, Dec. 8, so that staff can attend an annual employee meeting. The license office in Morehead City will remain open during this time.
